I/We understand that it is on the basis of the information that I/We have supplied above that any agreement to take up a tenancy will be based. A tenancy agreement is a legally binding contract which by entering into it I/We have legal responsibilities to comply.

I/We understand that it may be required and/or necessary to have a credit check carried out on me and I/We authorise these enquires and agree to fund the cost of them. I/We understand that before this process is carried out I/We will be advised that it is going to take place and of the cost involved.
I/We understand that any costs involved in securing confirmation of the information supplied by may will be charged to me and I agree to satisfy all proper and itemised charges.
I/We understand that if I/We do not comply with the conditions of the agreement I/We may be subject to a court order being issued against me/us and I/We will then, in turn, become liable to a civil judgement being recorded against my/our name(s). This may have an adverse effect on any application I/We may make for any loan or any credit agreement I/We may wish to enter into in the future. It may also be construed, in some countries, as conduct of moral turpitude (i.e. conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty or good morals) and may affect travel and entry to those countries or in securing professional licensing in those countries.
