Pineflat – maintenance requests and reporting

 

We use an on-line fault reporting and tracking system for faults and property maintenance.

Although we hold others and tenants accountable for vandalism or intentional damage to property and furnishings, there is no charge for routine maintenance.
 
Our ticket system is for routine maintenance of residential properties by the management company and/or property owners. Other entities such as TV cable, satellite, telephone, utilities such as electricity and gas are handled by those entities.
 

If there is an EMERGENCY requiring fire, police or medical assistance dial 999.
