COSTS FOR TENANTS
We do not charge any agency fees to tenants.
The only costs to tenants are an application fee of £50 per person for new tenants which covers vetting and administration.
Tenants are also responsible for the cost of the final inventory check and cleaning to a high standard when they leave the property at the end of the tenancy.
